Due to staffing issues, FMWV is only able to offer services related to In-Home Euthanasia at this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you, and thank you for your understanding. Please continue to use our site to your benefit, and we look forward to being able to fully serve your family in the near future.

COVID-19 Protocols

Steps Fort Wayne Mobile Services (FWMVS) are taking to try and prevent spread:

Each team member will have their temperature taken before each workday.
All surfaces removed from the car will be disinfected between each household.
FWMVS employees will disinfect hands before and after each appointment.
Masks will be worn at all times.
Fort Wayne Mobile Veterinary Services will call the night before to discuss history and answer any questions. This will hopefully reduce the amount of time spent at the house and minimize contact.
